Soul777 Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soul777 platform and services. By registering, logging in, or playing, you consent to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.
Eligibility and Account Registration

Geography, Availability and VPN Policy
Soul777 operates in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted by law. Access to the platform may be restricted based on your location. The use of virtual private networks or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent bans.
Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Deposits, Withdrawals and Processing
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment processors. Before a withdrawal can be completed, Soul777 may require verification documents such as government issued ID and proof of address and may perform additional checks. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times as dictated by the payment method and regulatory requirements. The platform reserves the right to withhold funds for compliance reviews or when suspected of fraud or policy violations. Funds may be withheld or suspended pending verification.
Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering
Promotional offers are governed by separate terms specific to each promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rules. Any attempt to abuse promotions such as exploiting bugs, delaying rounds, or using multiple accounts may lead to immediate deactivation of bonuses, reversal of winnings, and account suspension or closure. Example: a deposit of 100 with a 100 percent bonus at 30x wagering will require wagering the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts multiplied by the wagering multiplier before withdrawal, for instance 200 x 30 = 6000.
Taxes and Reporting
Players are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. Soul777 does not provide tax advice. You should consult a local advisor for guidance on tax obligations related to your participation.

Before taking any dispute to court, you must pursue a written complaint with Soul777 within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
Changes to the Terms; Termination
Soul777 may amend these Terms at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Soul777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for other conduct detrimental to the platform. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds subject to verification; otherwise balances may be forfeited in accordance with policy and applicable law.

Soul777 may provide notices by in-site messages or email to the address provided during registration. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information and reviewing notices promptly.
Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul777 regarding your use of the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, without affecting the remaining terms.
