Scope and Definitions
These bonus terms govern all Soul777 promotions, including bonuses, free spins and loyalty offers. A bonus is promotional funds credited to your bonus balance. The real balance is your actual money. The bonus balance is used for wagering under the promotion rules and may be forfeited if the promotion is canceled or the wagering conditions are not met. Winnings earned from bets funded by the bonus are credited to the bonus balance until wagering is completed.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
To participate you must have a Soul777 account in good standing and meet applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. Only one active account per person is allowed. Soul777 may verify identity and perform KYC and AML checks. Geolocation and device restrictions may apply and participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
Bonus Offers and Activation
Bonuses are presented in your Soul777 profile and may be distributed via email, SMS or other means. Bonuses that are not intended for a player will not be displayed. Activation occurs automatically on eligible deposits or promotions in accordance with the specific terms of each offer.
No-Deposit Bonus and Cashout Limits
Some promotions may grant no-deposit bonus funds or free spins. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus are subject to a maximum cashout limit, stated in the bonus terms, for Soul777 this cap is set at 500 EUR or equivalent in local currency. If you make a deposit after claiming a no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout limit increases by the amount of the deposit. The limit is voided once you complete a withdrawal. If the withdrawal amount including winnings from the no-deposit bonus exceeds the cap, the excess is removed at settlement. Example: a player receives 50 Free Spins with a no-deposit bonus and wins 100 EUR; a 500 EUR cap applies until a deposit is made. After depositing 100 EUR, the cap becomes 600 EUR. A deposit must be made to satisfy Know Your Customer and AML policy; withdrawals of deposited funds before wagering are allowed but may forfeit any bonus and associated winnings.
Deposit Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
Promotions offering deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless the offer states otherwise. Wagering contributions are as follows unless stated otherwise: slots contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute 3%; scratch cards and casual games contribute 25%; other games contribute at rates described in the promotion. Game Contributions and Exclusions

Bet Limits and Bonus Abuse

Purchasing in-game features or buy-ins may count as spins for wagering. Any attempt to abuse the bonus, including disproportionate bets, exploiting software bugs or delaying game rounds, may result in immediate cancellation of all balances and/or account suspension or termination. Winnings from bonus-funded bets are allocated to the corresponding balance based on the balance used for wagering.
Withdrawal and Bonus Interactions
You may request withdrawal of deposited funds before meeting wagering requirements. If you withdraw before completing wagering, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. If a withdrawal is cancelled, bonuses are not reinstated automatically.
Expiry, Forfeiture and Termination
Bonuses, free spins and loyalty multipliers have expiry periods as stated in the specific offer. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus and any resulting winnings become void. Soul777 reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any promotion at any time and may impose additional conditions for activation, wagering and withdrawal.
General Provisions
