Scope and Eligibility

The Soul777 Affiliate Program (the Program) is a contractual marketing partnership between Soul777 and an Affiliate approved by Soul777. By enrolling, the Affiliate agrees to the terms stated herein and to promote Soul777 branded gaming platforms in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. An Affiliate must be a natural person or legal entity that acts in good faith, uses only approved marketing methods, and provides accurate information during enrollment.

Commission Structures and Payouts

Soul777 offers a choice of compensation models calibrated to performance and risk management. Eligible commissions are calculated on Net Revenue generated by Referred Players, defined below. You may select from Revenue Share, Cost Per Acquisition CPA, or Hybrid arrangements, subject to approval and ongoing compliance.

• Net Revenue: gross revenue attributed to Referred Players minus bonuses, transaction fees charged to players, and any platform fees applicable to Soul777.
• Revenue Share: a percentage of Net Revenue paid to the Affiliate. The rate varies by tier and is determined monthly based on performance indicators.
• CPA: a fixed fee per first-time depositors meeting defined criteria, payable after verification of the affiliated player’s eligibility and activity.
• Hybrid: a combination of Revenue Share and CPA under a single agreement, tailored to the Affiliate’s marketing model.

Example tier structure for Revenue Share which reflects sustained activity and player value (illustrative; final tiers are determined by Soul777):

1. Tier A: 0–20 active referred players; up to 30% Revenue Share.
2. Tier B: 21–60 active referred players; 31–40% Revenue Share.
3. Tier C: 61–200 active referred players; 41–45% Revenue Share.
4. Tier D: 201+ active referred players; 46–50% Revenue Share.
5. VIP tier: 500+ active referred players; up to 50% Revenue Share with dedicated management.

Payment terms are subject to verification and compliance checks. Minimum payout thresholds apply and are denominated in the Affiliate’s chosen currency. Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle, subject to timely submission of reports and removal of any outstanding adjustments.

Tracking, Reporting and Analytics

Soul777 provides a secure, real-time Affiliate Dashboard that enables tracking of clicks, signups, qualified deposits, and Net Revenue. Data refresh occurs automatically on an hourly basis. Affiliates will have access to historical performance data, conversion metrics, and payout histories. All reports are deemed final unless an error is identified and corrected within a reasonable period.

Marketing Materials and Brand Usage

Affiliates may use Soul777 approved creatives, banners, tracking links, and landing pages. All marketing materials must accurately reflect Soul777’s branding and offerings and must not imply protected endorsements, misrepresent player benefits, or violate applicable laws. Affiliates must comply with brand guidelines, territorial restrictions, and do not employ prohibited promotional methods such as unsolicited messaging, misleading claims, or cloaked links.

Affiliates Management, Support and Onboarding

New Affiliates receive a dedicated account manager who will assist in campaign setup, optimization, and performance reviews. Support is available through standard channels during business hours, with escalation procedures for urgent matters. The onboarding flow includes contract execution, identity verification, and compliance checks, after which the Affiliate gains access to the Dashboard and marketing materials.

Compliance, Risk Management and Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling standards. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to: misrepresentation of promotions, targeting restricted audiences, reward abuse, fake signups, driving traffic through illegal or unethical means, and any activity that could bring Soul777 into disrepute. Soul777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate account upon suspicion of fraud, money laundering concerns, or breach of these Terms.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data processed in relation to the Program shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates must obtain all necessary consents for processing player data acquired through affiliate activity and comply with data transfer and storage requirements as specified by Soul777. Where a data processing agreement is required, Soul777 shall provide a form of agreement for execution by the Affiliate.

Term, Termination and Suspension

The Program remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate with prior written notice as specified in the enrollment agreement. Soul777 may suspend or terminate an Affiliate immediately for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or harm to the Soul777 brand. Upon termination, all rights to commissions cease, and any pending payments will be handled in accordance with the payment schedule in effect at termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator. Disputes arising under or in connection with the Program shall be resolved through mandatory good-faith negotiations, followed by arbitration if necessary, in a forum selected by Soul777 and in accordance with its dispute resolution policy.
