General Settlement Principles
Soul777 settles all bets on the officially published result of the event or market. If the official result is not published, Soul777 may rely on credible data sources and may delay settlement until verification is available. Bets may be void or corrected if a market or price is published with incorrect information. Bets are not cancellable by customers once accepted, except where Soul777 exercises its discretionary rights under this agreement.
Soul777 may void or adjust bets in the event of palpable error, fraud attempts, or any manipulation that affects payout. We may suspend settlement or withhold payment while investigations are conducted by the appropriate regulatory or governing bodies. Odds displayed to customers are decimal and presented with two decimal digits; final settlement adheres to the applicable rounding rules described in this document. The maximum interval between initial settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days.
When a match is not completed in standard time, Soul777 will settle markets based on the declared outcome or, if not declared, in accordance with the best available official information. In cases where a match is abandoned, resumed, or reorganized, Soul777 reserves the right to adjust or void unsettled markets in line with the official outcome and the time window specified for the event.
Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay
Outright markets cover all listed participants regardless of actual participation. If a listed participant does not take part, they are settled as a loss. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets may stand while individual performance markets for the original participant may be void. Under the Play‑or‑Pay rule, outright bets remain valid even if the listed participant cannot participate, and will settle as losses where applicable. If two or more places are tied in an outright market, dead heat rules apply and the stake is prorated at the new stake level.
Outright settlements apply to all listed selections whether or not they participate; non‑participating selections are settled as losses unless specifically stated otherwise in the market description.
Postponed or Abandoned Events
For events postponed or abandoned, if the event resumes and is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled completion time, bets remain valid and will be settled on the resumed result. If the event is not resumed within 48 hours, Soul777 reserves the right to void all unsettled bets and refund stakes. In multi‑leg events, only the markets relevant to the portion of the event that was postponed are affected; markets not impacted remain valid. Abandonments with subsequent replays where a winner is declared are settled on the final declared result; otherwise, unsettled markets are void.
Live Betting, In‑Play and VAR
In‑play settlements follow the official result as determined by the governing body or, where applicable, the official source. If the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) changes a decision, settlements are adjusted only if the market was explicitly affected by the VAR outcome. Where the VAR decision does not affect odds or market description, settlements stand on the original event result. If a VAR decision creates ambiguity about the state of play at the time bets were accepted, Soul777 may void those bets as necessary to preserve market integrity.
During live betting, Soul777 may pause or suspend markets for safety, integrity investigations, or data integrity checks. Settlement for live markets will reflect the situation appropriate to the moment of official verification or the market description.
Specific Sports: Core Rules
Football (Soccer)
Unless the market specifies otherwise, match results are determined by the official result after regular time, including any extra time if the market covers it. Markets described as including overtime are paid after the completion of overtime; penalties are only considered if the market explicitly includes them. If a match is postponed or abandoned and resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid; if not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled bets are void. In two-legged ties or qualifier markets, settlements follow the official results unless otherwise stated in the market description.
American Football
All standard markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled regular time unless the market explicitly states otherwise. Overtime results count only when stated. A minimum of 55 minutes must be completed in a 60‑minute game for markets to be paid; markets with unknown results at the 55‑minute mark may be voided. Postponed or abandoned events void unless resumed within the current week’s fixtures with an official winner.
Player and prop markets rely on official statistics; if a player does not participate, related bets are void. Overtime generally affects prop markets where specified.
Baseball (MLB and similar)
Moneyline bets are settled when the officials declare the game complete according to the rules of the competition, using standard progressions such as: at least 5 innings completed, or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead, to determine completion. Other markets (totals, spreads) settle based on the full official result once nine innings are completed, or 8.5 innings with the home team ahead. In 7‑inning formats, markets stand if 7 innings are completed or 6.5 with the home team ahead; moneyline may have a separate criterion. A Mercy Rule will keep bets on the score at the time it is invoked. Pitcher lines (PL markets) are void if the listed starting pitcher changes; bets placed with a PL indicator are settled as Action Line markets if the indicator is not visible.
Tennis
The match winner and set-specific markets remain open until a formal official result is declared. If a player retires or is defaulted, markets not yet determined become void, while markets for already completed sets or games stand. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has been recorded, first goalscorer style markets may be void as applicable, while other markets that have been determined remain valid. The 48‑hour post‑match rule does not apply to tennis; final settlement follows the official result.
Other Sports
For each sport, Soul777 publishes market‑specific settlement rules. When no separate rule exists, settlements follow the official result or the competition’s governing body rules. If a market is not recognized or if a result cannot be determined in a timely manner, Soul777 reserves the right to settle or void the affected bets in accordance with this policy and related sporting rules.
